Some great news..

I just got hired last night as the new JV coach for lacrosse at a local high school. I'm soo stoked it's not funny. I saw the opening and gave them a call. I've coached 4 years at the youth level and at first felt I was not qualifed for it. When talking it over with several coaches, parents, and my commish they all gave me the same "are you kidding me look" so I applied.
For those who don't know I went to college for lacrosse and did pretty well and the high school asked me last night to come in and help with faceoffs as it's their main issue. I came in helped out and he said to me "so when can you start" I as sooo shocked and happy at the same time.
So techically I started last night and 3/4 of my kids now I coach will be on my team next year for high school. One of the most happiest moments in my life so far! I had to share it with my great online family here!

BTW they had a playoff game last night and the kid I worked with won 90% of his faceoffs! MONEY!

GREAT, Andrew!!!!!!!! As someone who has spent his life working with kids, I really appreciate it when a truly good person with so much to offer, like you, gets the chance to work with kids. I am sure you will have a lasting impact on them. AWESOME!!!!!

Thank you EVERYONE for your support. I'm back today helping out on the sidelines for their 2nd playoff game. What is cool is to see some kids I coached when I first started and some a few years ago and they are also excited to see me there.
