Hope all the Canadian members had a nice Victoria Day! With memorial Day weekend coming, enjoy it and also keep good thoughts for all our troops. These brave men and women are far from home fighting for us, and they need our support.

I hope everyone enjoys their quality time with their families and friends. Eat up some healthy choices off the grill and maybe a little something to celebrate the long weekend.
I'll also have the thoughts of our troops over fighting to maintain our freedom that we will all share this weekend.
Gerry, I hope you get some rest brother...I know you've been out straight lately.

yepo... everyone enjoy their time. I'll be in balt sat for the ncaa lax semi finals then sun I got a wedding where they will see me bring a cooler full of goodies (chicken breast), then mon back to balt for ncaa finals. Wheww... got a fun weekend planned.
TO EVERYONE HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!
oh and def my thoughts are to those who are serving to protect us.
