you know your hard core when you got holes in your short and you don't care haha... just kidding. Keith wow, you look amazing. Legs cut, abs cut, wow. Coach said the show coming up is only a warmup I can't wait to see you vs those guys in nationals they are in trouble. Man you inspire me everytime I look or read your posts. YOUR attitude inspires me, Andrew! Funny thing about the shorts....nobody has ever said anything to me about them in the gym. I think they think I'm nuts!!  |

Just amazing, Keith. Close to stage ready now! Should do really well in both shows.
Masters over 40, welters is a new class and you should have a great chance at it. As well as over 50 middles. If Randy L could win his class in both groups, why not you?
And great to have you here, Robert! Keith is truly an inspiration to everyone here!

AWESOME MY FRIEND JUST PLAIN AWESOME!!! In the 2 shows that i have done recently, IMO, noone locked as good as look right now. For 4 weeks out you look PHENOMINAL! With how you look right now you would have swept the 2 shows i just did recently without a doubt in my mind. the seperation in your quads is freaking awesome and your upper body matches it perfectly. For looking this good at 4 weeks, one can only imagine how AWESOME you will look come stage time. the size, seperation and conditioning, that you are at right now, would have won you the overall in my last 2 shows hands down. Its scary to imagine what you will look like it 4 weeks my friend...
West Palm will be a warm up and i honestly believe people in Pittsburgh should be very scared. You are bring a top notch package, and the folks at nationals should be very afraid..I know i would be...

Seriously, ( and I've been around awhile!)..........based on what I have seen happen wth my own 2 eyes already, I believe that...........that's kinda scary!!!! This is one of those "can't miss" collaborations............ a genius of a trainer/coach #evillaughsmiley9wc# who knows how to push his athlete closer to the edge than ever, #bpressingsmiley9yk# #bbenchpress4zy# #aseeingstars5gt# and an athlete who actually ENJOYS training at that razor's edge! #bbarbellsmiley4dr# He maps out the plan...I execute it. Because of Eric, I feel like my career has actually started a new phase...something you just don't hear of too much after 2 decades in the sport. I see this "team" being successful for many years to come.....allowing me to do things competitively that I have always dreamed of. #btrophysmiley2ee# True....it does get a little "painful"....BUT I KNOW it works!!!
