I finally made it back to the board

Hello everyone.

I have been gone forever and I forgot my password. Then when I figured it back out, my computer took a dump. I am back now. I have been yacking at Mike Reed and Gerry T since I left, but I can't wait to hear from some of you.

I am currently 7 weeks out from my next contest and I am pumped. Everything is right on schedule. Made some great adjustments and improvements since last year. I had a great off season. I ate very good all year and now I am seeing the benefit of eating smart all year long. I feel very confident about making a stab at the overall this year. Very confident.

I am so happy to be back. I will be back daily from now on, but for now I am going to go to bed and get some sleep.

Everyone give me a yell. Tim and the gang. I want to know how everyone has been.

My next contest is the 2007 NPC Colorado State Championship, held in Denver, Co. on July 14th. I have trained all year for this one. One goal and one goal only is to win the overall in the masters and open. i want to get a bid the nationals.

Anyway, glad to be back and talk to all tomorrow or in the days to come.

Hey John...GREAT to see you back, bro!! Good Luck in the Colorado States.
I'm getting ready for the West Palm on June 23rd and then the Master's Nationals in Pittsburgh in July. I also am going to do the NABBA Nationals in October. I'm 4 weeks out from the West Palm and 8 weeks out from the Nationals...the guys finally got me to post some pics!!....they're in the general board section..there is one group from 6 weeks out and another set I took Friday at 4 weeks out. It would be awesome if you made it to Pittsburgh this year for the Master's Nationals. I think I'm the only one from the board doing the Master's Nats this year...Tim was going to, but he's got a show real soon ( 2 wks?) and then he just wants to focus on the NABBA show. It is always alot of fun when there are other guys you know doing the same show......I think there is going to be at least 4-6 of us doing the NABBA Nationals together!
