I am having trouble getting my pool up and running. On sunday we did the opening stuff shocked it and added aleage stuff. I can not get the water clear it is turquiose in color the ph is high around 7.5 and clorine level is also high. I added some clarifier this morning in hopes to clear the water. If I lower the ph and clorine will the water clear? any suggestions would be helpful.

our water comes from our town if thats what you mean. It is the same water we had in last year. We did not drain the pool for winter.

The reason I asked was that sometimes the iron content in the water can be high particularly if well water is used. Doesn't sound like that is the case though.
