Just got home and were all pumped up!
Let's just cut to the chase:
MY WIFE won:
First Place Womens Novice
First Place Womens Masters
First Place MOST REPS Bench Press Womans Division
OVERALL Womans Best Lifter
YIKES!!!.....and.....topping on the cake...
[glow=red,2,300]SHE SET A NEW STATE RECORD FOR BENCH PRESS FOR WOMENS MASTERS over 40!!!!![/glow]
Now...some details...no trophies...BATTLE AXES AND SWORDS!
My house looks like a freaking arsenal now ;D Like Something out of Braveheart!
She ALMOST set a new dead lift record too...on her second attempt she pulled 250 with no problem...current record is at 255, so she went for 260...but her hands were too far apart, and she couldn't complete the lift, but DAMN it was close!
WE had a GREAT afternoon, especially with a visit from...KARRIE and her hubby! It was really GREAT to meet them both in person. Looks like Terry and I have a lot in common too. Karrie spoke with my wifes trainer and it looks like they may be stopping in to train at my gym from time to time...cool!!!
Vince tried to make it down, but got tied up. Thanks for the IM VInce, and we still hope to meet up with you soon too!

There was also an official photographer there from USAPowrlifting magazine, so her pic, along with the other division winners will be in an upcoming issue of Powerlifitng magazine!
