The State show went very well. The light heavy class had 12 competitors and I won the class. It was another competitive class, better then the last show by a long shot! I was extremely proud of winning that class. There were so many good athletes in the class and the judges said it was a very close call. The over all went to the Super Heavy and it should have. He was truely a freak with great shape and great conditioning. I couldn't beat him on my best day...he's in another league. I tip my hat to him and wish him the best of luck on the National Stage! I don't have a good contest shot, but when I do I'll post it. He's a shot of my legs after prejudging.  |

BTW- Do you know the namne of the Super who won? And what was the show called? Maybe there'll be some contest converage at MD.

The Super Heavy's name was Cedric McMillan. The show was not covered my MD, but it was the South Carolina State show. |

Congrats, Joe....you looked freakin awesome!! And HEY...don't sell yourself short. You have SUPER POTENTIAL written all over you. You might not have beaten that guy today, but there is every reason from what in see in you to think that one day you could turn the tables on him. BTW, as someone who values a good set of wheels and knows what you have to do to get them, you have my TOTAL respect...I can tell how hard you train just by looking at your legs! Nough said!!
