I officially call bullsh*t on the American Physiques website. They advertised competitor sponsorship via a contest. I know the woman who won...and no disrespect is meant towards her...however....the way the contest was conducted....in the words of Tony Soprano....furgetaboutit!

I've had several complaints from other women about the goings on on that site...I reserved my judgement....but finally...I have to say if it looks like a duck...walks like a duck...and quacks like a duck...it's not a puppy....it's a duck....like I said....not hate....simply truth... |

While your post is very true, nothing Picsman did/said really crossed a line, at least in this moderators eyes.  Just voiced his opinion. Now if he had gone on to make a very long post, slandering the site without any type of pics, facts and/or links to back it up-then maybe that's hate. But, even I have been guilty of venting here on WOTW from time to time. The WOTW members are low maintenance for sure. And we don't really need to keep a reminder of "how it should be." That's how proper our members act. But, if Picsman could post a link backing up his opinion, that may help a bit (or fuel the fire!). Then again, just post another pic of Ashley or Michele Burdick....... he can do whatever he wants!!! ;D |

No offense! I've always enjoyed your posts at MM- I just prefer solutions and positivity and took yours the wrong way... guess it was just the end of a long day for me... so consider that my vent.

No offense taken....:} It's just that I've spent most of my time in the last 8 or so yrs defending the women.....and I've become a sort of spokesman by proxy for some. My issues are with the published terms of the contest....and how it ended up. The person who had the 2nd most votes should have received something....however that was not the case....and from personal emails I've received....it was never to be the case....it's just wrong....if you're gonna publish the criteria...and at the end of the day....change it "just because"...I call that bullsh*t.....anyways...I'm done on this subject.....and I'll try to post a few more of Michele and Ashley...hehehe |
