Thanks everybody.......feeling pretty good aboput my conditioning...............leg seperation keeps improving,abs are vascular,delts are striated,looking OK so far. Hopefully after dropping my water and getting some color on,I`ll look better. Eric,the contest is Jim Rockels NPC Rochester BB Championships. I was a bit worried abouit my waist as I had kind of relaxed my diet for a few weeks after the New Englands,nothing sloppy,but not quite as regimented.......abs looked a bit bloated,so I upped my water intake,trained hard,tightened up the diet by dropping carbs almost completely for the most part,did my cardio,and today I think I looked much better for it. I`m entering the Over-35 under 176 pounds class,as well as the Over-40,and Over -50 classes. Got second in the Over-50 for the last 3 years now,always beaten by guys that have placed well at the NPC Masters Nats....getting tired og these friggin` guys!! LOL  |
