As things stand now I will be competing on Oct. 6th in middletown Pa. I havent been on stage since 2004. I am getting my music together so I can start my routine also I am starting my maditory posing practice. I am motivated and dedicated to this show,but also I am fearful of failing to be in shape. I am already playing mind games with myself just wanted to spill the beans to everyone

I will be in the 40 and over.. I was hoping I was the only one in that class for an easy 1st place. Now you guys are going to make me work for a placing..lol

Just be the best you can be, 65pp. Can't control anything else. Have confidence in yourself and it will be fine.

That's great! And dont worry, if you are totally dedicated to it (I have no doubt you are), you'll do what you must and you'll succed… if not for October 6th, it's going to be later, but you can achieve the desired condition! You cant completely control muscle mass over a couple of months, but you absolutely can control conditionning… if you are willing to do your homeworks! WOTW will be behind you for motivation and advices if you need it! Good luck and keep us posted! Mo

Thanks for the word of encouragement and offers of help. I am thankful that I have met Tim which led me to this board that I am putting the info to use. I am sure I will picking your minds in the near future.

Bob,just train hard,diet hard,do your cardio,and be consistant.....you can`t help but be in the best shape of your life if you do all of the above.
