Hi Everyone,
Just got home.
Well..had a slight scare. Briefly... Was at work, carrying files. Had chest pain, right arm pain, shortness of breath, etc. Ended up in Hospital ER, with a Nitro patch, meds, etc. Kept overnight for observation and tests. Had stress test with echocardiogram. Cardiologist doesn't think it's my heart, but something caused the pain, so wants me to so follow up with cardiologist for more tests.
Ain't life a bit*h! 3 steps forward, 4 steps back.
Guess I gotta take things easy for awhile.
Crap!

At least you're still here with us to share the experience! Rest up, and take it easy so you're around a bit longer.

I am glad to hear you are ok. That sure must have been scary!!! I am happy to see you are going to be followed by a cardiologist for further testing...hopefully they can figure out what happened. Yes, you need to take it VERY easy for awhile, but that is ok, just chill out and rest up.

Sorry to hear, Frank. Solid advice here, your priority is full recovery and your long term health. Don't worry about the rest, and just take care of yourself. All the best, brother.

Thanks Everyone! I AM going to the gym today...but will be taking it very easy and light. Just walk on treadmill. Pick up a few very light weights to see how things feel. Day at a time..... I need to live long enough to aggravate my great-great-great-great-great-great grandchildren
