Well, saw the Primary Care Doc today.
EKG was normal.
BP was 132/80.
Weight 169 lbs.
He said he reviewed all the hospital reports and labs, and doesn't think a cardio follow up is necessary at this time.
Said continue on the current meds and diet, and ok to get back to the gym.

Hmmmmmmm....
