Planning 30th Wedding Anniv

Well...in light of current events....

I confirmed my plans to take my wife to Las Vegas (again) for our 30th Wedding Anniversary in August of this year.

When we return, we'll take about a week to take kids, and gran-kids to water parks, zoo's etc for a few overnights and pizza parties. It's not a celebration for my wife unless she can include the granchildren some how!

About a 10 day trip all together.

Now, I'm pretty imaginitve on these things, so I've got lots of ideas......but I'm open to suggestions.

Suggestions? Thoughts?

Sounds like Las Vegas will be FUN for the anniversary!!!!

I do have an idea for the grandkids....there is a park in Sandusky that a few friends have taken their kids to called Kalahari. They have a website kalahariresort.com My friends really had a GREAT time! So that is a thought for fun with the grand kids. ;D

Karrie! Cool Idea! I almost forgot about that place.
We took them too Great Bear (now Great Wolf) Lodge before, and they loved it.

We'll be Vegas from the 1st to the 6th of August.

Looking for aplace that will do a one on one private dinner....possible the Eiffel Tower at Paris.

30 years is great Frank! My parents are celebrating their 50th August 3rd so I'm busy organising a family dinner,any suggestions for sentimental but relatively inexpensive gifts?

Actually we've known each other for 38 years,. We were "childhood sweethearts!"

I guess what makes it last is knowing that we love each other unconditionally. We're not perfect, and have our differences, but there could be no one else for me.

(unless there's a hot blonde out there, class A, figure, and nympho) oops....sorry.........

Congrats on the 30 yrs!....this 4th of july will be our 32nd....unfortunately....my job has sent me out of town for about a month...so I'll won't be home for ours....it's not easy making a living....

Also...hi everyone...sorry I haven't been on for a while....down in Gulfport, MS working....not much time to do anything but work...by the time I get back to the hotel....I'm bushed....

ANNIVERSARY UPDATE:

Well... I decided we will just do the Vegas thing again. Lot to do there, and we enjoy the shows, spa's and people watching. We'll go for about a week, staying at New York New York this time (I like to hang out at Coyote Ugly!).
Then we'll come back and take the whole family away to a waterpark for 5 days (my wife wouldn't be happy if we didn't include the grandchildren in this too!).

Well.....that's the plan!
