Hi everyone, Marie-Eve and I are back in Montreal after a PERFECT week end in Boston with Randy and Jennifer! Visiting Boston, going to the beach, Kayaking, eating all the time ;D and spending time with some of the nicest poeple on earth... what else can you ask for? Oh yeah... the more crazy hardcore legs workout you can imagine Seriously, Marie-Eve and were talking about it during our way back to Montreal... we truly had a wonderful time with you guys! I'm telling you everyone, Randy and Jennifer are generous, attentive, true, funny and they always show interest in what people around them have to say. I should also add that they have been very patient at trying to understand our pseudo English speeking all week end long We truly appreciate their friendship! Ok, here are some more pictures of this perfect week end! Thanks to Randy and Jennifer, I had the occasion to see the beach for the first time of my life! We also had our first lobster meal... Finally, here is a picture which resumate pretty well our awesome week end! ;D I need to go to the office now... but I'll write more about the workouts and everything else later today! Mo

We had a BLAST on the Boston Duck tour. I learn something new everytime I go on this thing. Its amazing how much more you appreciate the city you live in when you take it in from a different perspective!

Funny thing is, my legs are NOT sore!! My back feels like I did back day due to the heavy stiff's. Other than that. No prob!!
