Check out this board: www.intensemuscle.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2It is run by Skip who is a pretty well known prep guy. He has asked me and a few other guys to post as Roundtable Experts on the board. There is a section called "Ask the Roundtable Experts" you should check out. A lot of good information. I am hoping I can learn a few things on there too while helping people achieve their goals at the same time.. |

This is a GREAT website. I am a member there but I do not post. I read all the powerlifting atricles, and posting there. ;D

Thanks, Eric. I haven't posted there in quite a while either. Very good information in the round table.
Skip is a very knowledgable and nice guy. I coached one of his cleints on line several years ago.

Hey guys:
I've heard of this site and am a member but for some reason can't post... anyway isn't Skip a Colorado guy? I think Intensemuscle.com is a sponsor at the NPC Colorado this Saturday- I'll have to check it out if they have a table set up or anything. This is the show that our own MASSIV is competing in- it's going to be fun weekend!

Been there for a few years - great site indeed.
Very cool that you have been asked to be in the roundtable. Very strong knowledge base there.
I check out the site semi-regularly but seldom log in. Maybe I'll have to change that.
