Just got back from night show. Results already posted at

Chris Falido came from Hawaii to win men's welters and overall. He was shredded and was glad to see condition rewarded. He was surprised and very emotional.
Dave Goodin was 2nd in welters. Think the world of Dave, and he looked tremendous at 48, but Chris was just too much. Kiyoshi Moody dominated the light heavies, and this was a no brainer.
Shiloe Steinmetz was thick and dense and won heavies, but have seen him sharper. Tim Martin was an unfathomable 4th, and deserved higher.
Nicole Watkins scored a first, winning overall Figure Nats and also overall Team U fitness. And congrats to Tracy Beckham on the overall women's BB prize.
Show ran very long 7PM to 12:15 AM, and air conditioning was out of order! But the competition was keen.
