Folks I have to say that I am more then Back. Some of you remember this past December through January I got mono and some other problems.
It took awhile but now everything is more then back to normal.
I know this may sound crazy, but I truely believe in the words "for whateve does not kill you, makes you stronger."
The way I train with my nephew and son is crazy intense! We lift heavy, and then usually do something to push as much blood into the muscle as possible.
I have strained my biceps, only to come back the next week stronger.
I have tweeked my shoulder and upper pec, only to come back stronger.
I tweeked my lower back deadlift 495 last week, I pulled a personal best with 585 lbs!
I am now using 145 lbs dumbells for shoulder presses, and incline bench press. I am using 315 for bent rows, 175 lbs dumbell for rows, 300 lbs for seated rows, 495 for 5 in the squat, and I recently benched 405 for 2.
I know that some of you may think these numbers aren't all that impressive, but I cannot get over how much my strength is improving.
I know the training environment is one thing, training with my son and nephew is another reason too (which let me tell you is one of the most rewarding thing in my life!)
Man I never want this to end!

Your numbers are very impressive! The important thing is that your strength is going up, hence training heavier and putting on more muscle, how AWESOME is that!
