Off to Vegas for USAs

Hey guys,
I"m off to vegas tomorrow AM and I'm excited to see my 1st big national event. As some know my friend Rob Kreider is in the light heavies and I'm gonna cheer with all my heart for him!

hey guys an update on Rob, There were 31 guys in his class and he flattened out BAD during pre-judging. He ended up in last callouts and he wasn't happy. We think its the cutting water that killed him. So we think for nats he'll do DOWN to middleweights for him and then try again but he wont' cut his water this time around. Anyway, still here at vegas doign some shopping and stuff like that and some pics cause VEGAS is awesome!

hey all... BACK from Vegas and man that 3 hr diff killed me. Kinda threw off my eating a bit cause I left vegas at 11:50pm PST and got to VA 7:30am EST and man was i beat! I got some food in me at the airport but not much blah anyway here are some pics and some cool things that happened to me.

Side note, going through security they took my freaking ICE packets for my carry on food and MY NATTY PB BOOO!!! I wasn't happy and had to toss out some foods cause of it. DAMN YOU SCUBA STEVE!!

BTW.. .KAI Greene is one COOOOLLLL ASS guy! I MEAN REALLY cool! he talked to me for like 20 mins tell me some great tips and how to be a cool poser haha. VERY nice guy and told me he'd like to see how I do next year in the NPC and stuff cause I told him I'm prob going to do more NPC shows next year!

coolest moment of Vegas
Art Atwood was staying in my hotel and I was doing cardio in the am and he was there doing some minor workouts. When I started to pose and bit and then started to do abs, I was like HI your Art Atwood right. He was like yeah and we struck up a nice convo. Then to proceeds to take me throught a KICK ASS abs workout that I'm still feeling today! VERY nice guy, he's been busy with a tanning salon business in Dallas and he said he been working 14-15 hrs days and that takes up most of his time. He was looking "small" at 260 and that he needs to go under the knife soon for his shoulder. He said he might do the Europa before but he didn't know. He then said I had some good genetics and gave me his card and personal cell # and said call him anytime if I needed anything. WOW was I star struck hahah.

Thanks to Rob's GF who's a great cook, I got to eat VERY VERY clean and that ruled. HOWEVER, I can't wait to go back to Vegas and ENJOY it to my heart's delight!
