Well, I didn't want ya'll to think I fell off the end of the earth! Next week we leave for a week in Las Vegas in celebration of 30 years of wedded bliss. We'll come back, have enough time for a few hours sleep at home, then off to a water park in PA with my daughter and her family for a few days. Then, we'll come back and have nough time for a few hours sleep, then off to southern Ohio to a little secluded, romantic B&B, to re-charge and renew for another 30 years! Should be back amongst the real world on or about August 13th. We have a gym hooked up for Vegas, so we'll keep active, but NO PROMISES about diet! What happens in Vegas [glow=red,2,300]STAYS[/glow] in Vegas! ;D Talk to ya on the 13th ;D LATER....................................

I'M BACK ;D All in all......vacation was "ok". Las Vegas........shows good, workouts ok, wife and I bickered too much. Flights ok...security in Las Vegas was tight. Stopped us for having our shampoo, etc, in a gallon baggie instread if a sandwhich sized baggie. Shows were good: Legends in Concert at Orleans : Pretty good, Blues brothers were cool. Bite at the Statosphere: Entertaining (topless ) Beach Boys Concert: OUTSTANDING, VERY COOL! Waterpark : OK....son-in-law pissed me off. B&B in Amish Country : relaxing, best part of the whole vacation. Well....weight is 180...which is about what I expected. Pina Coladas and Starbucks for breakfast will do that Relaxing tomorrow........Monday back at it! Wifes trainer called us tonight to see how everything went and that we were ok. Said he would like to see me on the powerlifting platform.............hmmmmmmmm. My wife is planning on travelling to Denver In November for a National Powerlifting meet. If things go well, I got her a passport application so she can go to Worlds next year. I just might be there with her ;D So everyone.....I'm back ;D

She should totally do the Worlds next year Frank. there is a lady I know here,Ali Gascoine, who won her class at the Masters worlds last year and is off to defend her title in the over 45 lightweight class(she only weighs 53kg)...her deads and squats are phenomenal for someone so little..squat 120kg(265lb) and deads(300lb)!!! I'll see if I can find the story on her and send you the link
