Height: a tad under 5' 8"
Weight : Precontest / Offseason:165/180 (don`t like to get any heavier)
Anti Aging Strategy : For members who are 40 and above: Keep pumping, moving, and pushing the envelope......it`s only if you slow down or stop that you start to develop rust.
Training Philosophy : High volume, lots of intensity(very little rest),3-50 rep range depending on the day and the bodypart and the exercise, as well as the goal.
Weight Training Split: Mon.-Quads & Calves Tues.-Chest,Abs,Light Cardio Wed.-Back,Traps,LowBack,Cardio Thurs.-Shoulders,Hamstrings,Light Calves,Cardio Fri.-Biceps,Triceps,Forearms,Abs,Cardio Sat.Off or Cardio if prepping for a show Sun.-Off

Height 5'4"
Weight : Precontest / Offseason 138-140/150-153
Anti Aging Strategy : For members who are 40 and above - still young ;D
Training Philosophy : High volume, high frequency with short rest periods, using as much weight as I can handle safely
Weight Training Split: Presently, upper-lower body split, but I also enjoy push, legs, pull.
Favorite Bodypart Routine: Back - pull-ups, bent-over rows, hammer strength rows, pulldowns, seated rows, back extensions - I love training back.
Cardio Work: It varies but I tend to use high intensity life-cycle sprints - 30 secs on/30 seconds off and high incline treadmill (15% at 7-7.5 kph).
Motivation: Training to stay in shape and fight off middle age ;D
Diet Strategy: 100-125 grams of protein, 250-300grams of carbs and the rest from essential fats. When I'm dieting I cut out carbs by 2pm and use carb-cycling more often. These days I just cut back a bit as and when.
Fav Supplements: l-glutamine, antioxidants and whey.
Life Philosophy: Live to be happy and strive to achieve things respectfully and honestly in the process.
Let's hear it guys....

This is over a 10-day period normally. I can't recover enough in less these days Favorite Bodypart Routine DEADLIFTS!!!!Cardio Work What?Motivation My kids will grow up knowing that whatever I do is the norm. I want their norm to not be "normal".Diet Strategy Off-season: Make sure I eat a ton of protein, easy on the carbs. Pre-contest: Carb-cycling High-Med-Low-High-Med-Med-LowFav Supplements Animal Pak, Creatine, Glutamine, LSDLife Philosophy Best summed up by two quotes:
1. From me, whenever my students say they don't want to ask questions for fear of looking stupid. "I'd rather look stupid for a second than be stupid forever."
2. From Marianne Williamson. I love this one. "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
