accu-measure fitness 2000 is a good, sturdy cheap caliper. it clicks into place when it hits the MM reading so you dont have to pinch and look at the same time. its not electronic or anything, but it is good and gives consistent measurments

Rubes,
I've tried about 3-4 types of calipers. I think they're all comparable. Just have the same person check you every time.
I've tried all kinds of methods, calipers, bod-pod, etc. Just remember they're a tool to measure progress. Just like a scale, some people get hung up on numbers.
Timmy said it best.........look to the mirror.....it never lies.

Randy, I agree with Bags, Accu-Measure makes what seems to be a very sturdy product. We have these at the gym. No complaints.

Tim, the mirror says I am Fat!! Now what? Do a set of Pushaways at each of your 6 meals. Example: Eat clean and push yourself away from the table!!
