After doing no training whatsoever for 3 months,Ronnie squats 495 for an easy 10 reps in his first week back in the gym! Can you say animal??

I hear ya` that`s the kind of gym I like."Old School",nothing fancy, just a good atmosphere for hard work.

Het Tim, why did Ronnie take 3 months off? By the way i had plans to open my own gym. Even went to a business manager. However, the main problem of finding premises became a major pain in the ass. Still haven't found anywhere to setup a gym. And the places that look promising end up a no no. Robert

Robert, what`s up buddy? I would think Ron took the time off just to rest and to give the body a break from his monster training.Not to mention the drug use that would surely take an eventual toll if he didn`t take periodic breaks.I still have the dream of opening up a gym with a buddy of mine in Florida, but it`s kind of on hold at the moment, along with the rest of my life!
