Know he hasn't posted here lately (hint, hint, R), but anyone who has first places in 4 different weight classes at NPC national level deserves a shout!!
Many happy returns, Randy!

Thanks guys... yes, I know... I haven't checked in here in awhile... I've been really busy this spring and summer doing planning for my own show which I will be promoting in April of 2008. Watch for upcoming details! We have some very big ideas and if everything falls together like we want we will definitly raise the bar for other shows in the Midwest and beyond. This is something I have dreamed about ever since I got into bodybuilding so it's nice to be able to still be involved in the sport even if I have decided not to compete anymore. Keep abreast of details at: www.npchnc.comAs far as getting older... it's just another day as you age... although this year I am in the BEST shape ever for being "off season"... even though I don't have an "on season". Even though I have only done ab work like 3 times this year I have visible abs mostly from a cleaner diet this summer and a little cardio early in the summer. If feels great be in this shape at this time of my life. thanks again Gerry and Tim! nuff said...
