To my great family here I wanted to let you guys know that I am going to back out of the oct 6th nabba nationals show. The reason is I came into work today and got some good news. I got promoted in my job and will be leading a team for the first time. This is big for my career and for the next three months I'll be traveling to client sites doing demos, learning from them, and doing demo's at some conferences. Will this stop my from future shows? NO WAY!
So what next? I'm going to take the next 2-3 weeks to rest up and heal and then come back to the gym with a VENGEANCE! I saw how bad ass I could be. I can focus on my bring up my chest and back and still stay lean. My goals is to stay 185 and hit up cardio 3x a week to keep it that way. Mon-Fri I'd eat like I'm in pre-contest mode of sorts and then sat and sun if i want a cheat meal or two i'll eat it. I'll always be here posting haha and giving my 2 cents on everything. Again, you guys and gals are great and wanted to share you what I'm doing.
