Alright guys! What are your current poundages on the big 3?

Well, I was benching 315 for a single, and 275 for 3 sets of 4 about 6 months ago. The deadlift I haven't done in almost a year and I was hitting 425#x2 there. I was doing rack deads with 515, I think, for 4-5. The squat, well that's a sensitive issue with my back. At my best I hit 315 for two sets of 5, and would routinely do 275-295 for sets of 8.

well my handle is 1400total
I think my total is actually higher
I recently deadlifted 585lbs I have squated 525 I have benched 405
So thats 1515

Bench 125 Deadlift 250 Squat I am thinking 140 last time I maxed out but I do not remember.....

Squat 640 for 7, deads best was 520, 725 for 3 rack deads. Bench I don't do but Inclined 335 for a few.

Currently: Bench 245 X 6 Squat 315 X 6 Deadlift 335 X 6 (I think)
