Every step I take, hurts. My calves haven't been this sore in I don't know how many YEARS. My hamstrings are also really sore. My chest seems to be in pain too, but not nearly as much as the other two muscle groups- but it's been 2-3 days since I trained the former, and only yesterday I trained the latter. To top it off, my roommate had a glass stuck inside another glass last night, apparently it's been there for a few days. There was a type of vacuum that was created with the two glasses and she couldn't get the one glass out of the other mug. So, here I come to the rescue and try to get it out, realizing what I was up against. However, I also notice the mug is cracked, so might as well break the mug 100% and get the other glass out "safely." Well, I did just that, but forgot about the "safe" part and ended up cutting my left middle finger and it bled pretty bad for about 10min till I got a bandage on it. So, I get up today to go to work, and I can't walk. Can't grip anything, and I'm exhausted the minute I limp out of bed! Moral of the story...
Aside from the exhaustion and the cut finger, I love the soreness that my workouts are bringing!!! ;D

Yea, but it hurts so good ! ;D Probably into S&M too When the muscles hurt = good. When the joints hurt = not good. That's where I'm at now. Well - Ibuprofen, Flexamine, ice, heat, massage, whatever it takes. We live to lift another day

I may not use the exact same poundages as they do,but I`ll use an equally heavy weight for me. One thing I pride myself on is training balls to the walls. If I get with someone who likes to invent insane training procedures,I just rise to the occasion and never give up. I love to train fast, heavy, intense, and as hard as I can more than anything else in this sport.

That's really what it's all about Timmy!!! Not about holding the same weight or for an equal amount of reps, etc...it's about what you can do against...yourself!!! It's bodybuilding! Not "build-the-guy-next-to-you-building!!!!"

It has never been proved that soreness is related with muscle growth... but I dont want to hear about it, I JUST LOVE THE FEELING ;D So i'm always going for it!
