Old Navy Guest Posing!

This past weekend I had the opportunity to watch Scott "Old Navy" perform 2 guest posing routines at the NGA Music City Night of Champions. It was supposed to be ME guest posing, but my back injury kept me from fulfilling that duty. Instead I served as a judge and also handed out the trophies.

Well, let me tell you what a terrific job Scott did! He looked fantastic and entertained the audience immensely! What an inspiration he is!

Meeting Scott in Toronto a couple of years ago is truly one of the highlight of bodybuilding journey!

Thank you buddy. I want to compete in November, but am not sure if I can. I know that if I do I will not be able to train legs or back too intensely. We will see.
