Congrats Joel. I saw the pictures and you looked great. That sucks about the guy you beat placing in the open. A similar thing happened to Hoopie at one of his contests. Good attitude about it though. Thank you Eric, victory is sweet! Yeah, the judging can be pretty inconsistent at times but what can you do? I'm just going to focus on the positive and not worry about the things that are out of my control. Congrats again, to you on your major victory! Yes it can be but you have an awesome physique that will only be better in 5 weeks and leave no questions. Good luck at your next show. |

You did an outstanding job getting ready and it showed up on stage! I feel your pain on the judging/placements on crossovers. Great attitude about it however! Now get ready to do some more damage in 5 weeks my friend!

From what I see, you were RIPPED, HARD and I'll have to disagree with you, not flat at all! Believe me, I would not say that if I dont think it! That's the best version of you I have ever seen!
Congrats on your great victory, it couldnt have happened to a better man!
As far as switching people's placing from a category to another during the same day… I guess i'll never understand this sport!

Mo, I'll take you word for it! I still don't think I have this sodium depletion thing down. Actually I may be like you and be better off not cutting it out at all. I agree just drinking lots of water keeps you flushed out.
