Thanks Dustin, that`s the best shot of me I`ve seen yet........anymore? Thanks guys,I knew I looked better than the pics I posted in my pictures thread. Changes I made to training..........did one basic exercise heavy per most bodyparts5-6 sets pyramiding up in weight, down in reps, then going light on the last set for a final pump. after this exercise,I did a Tri-Set..no rest and usually increasing weight each set if I felt good. Then I did a final light pumping exercise, sometimes two, sometimes Super-Settted. So it was : Basic Exercise-5-6 sets Tri-Sets-3 sets-totalling 9 sets Final Pumping Movement-1-2 sets All this was going by feel.....sometimes lighter, sometimes heavier(Usually),and sometimes a few extra sets. For legs and arms it was different each time usually heavy Giant-Sets for arms or Super-Sets and legs was balkls out high reps Super-Sets,lots of walking lunges, lots of agony. Diet was light eating, low to no carbs, carbup everry 3-5 days depending on how I looked, tuna and water was a meal for a while 3 x a day until I felt I was shrinking then I changed it. As I got really lean,I decreased cardio duration and just easily walked for the most part but stadium stairs early on were a bit*h of a staple for cardio as was inclined treadmill at the highest setting. I went strictly by how I looked, not how I felt for the most part when tweaking things.....you`re supposed to feel like sh*t,especially towards the end. Doubled water intake which made a huge difference IMO,and kept high until the night before.........then I bought 2 big packs of Extra sugarless gum and chewed and spit all night long until both packs were gone....woke up dry and tighter.

Oh yeah,I forgot..........hard time filling out as my carbup was not huge so I ate 2 dunkin donuts,a sausage egg chesse croisant,on Friday.
Early Saturday.....2 coffeees and 3 packages of Reeses PB Cups was all I needed to get veiny and fuller.

Tim, I've never had any doubt about how good you are.. But these great shots of you, prouves it once again! And the 2nd and 3rd place trophies are telling me that i'm not the only one with this opinion!
You are a total inspiration and an amazing athlete… not only for your age, for ANY AGES!
It must have been fantastic to hit the stage with Eric, Keith and Bob…
PS: Bob I would have liked to see the joy on your face when having your Captain Crunch :-) You are a true Cereals expert… and you know that I respect that! Hehe, seriously, I also want to congrats you Bob!
I was wishing you the very best for the week end… i'm so glad it went so well!
SUPERBE!

Hehe, seriously, I also want to congrats you Bob! I was wishing you the very best for the week end… i'm so glad it went so well! SUPERBE! Hey Mo,thanks a lot my friend,I appreciate it greatly. At the risk of sounding corny or sappy, here`s my assessment. It was a true pleasure to finally meet Keith and Hoopie as they are two of many here who always inspire me........Keith,because he`s Keith,an awesome bodybuilder, and just a family man besides.........big schedule on a day to day basis, but still manages to build a championship caliber physique. It was an honor to grace the stage with Keith, and all I have left to say is that once he hits Pittsburgh next year, people better be ready! Hoopie ,another family man with lots of resposibilty and a big workload and one of the most dedicated people I ever met...................anything I told him to eat or do trainingwise he did it,and trust me,I had him training hard and eating like a Spartan. Not blowing smoke or kissing ass,but these guys are great people. Eric Brugh,as you said, is just a great down to earth guy and an awesome bodybuilder who finally was given the placement he deserves. Bob,was awesome too and looked incredible........he should be very proud of what he accomplished......I know I am!! All around, great people just like I`m sure everyone here is...........this board is full of champions, but better still,it`s full of real people who help each other............not found on most boards/forums as you know. Bob,have another bowl of Cap`N Crunch on me buddy! LOL

Awesome Tim. Great job. I must have misunderstood on another forum. I thought that Keith took 1st and you took 2nd. My bad. Regardless, from the pics I saw, you looked AWESOME!
ARe you planning on being in Pittsburgh come July? I'm planning on being there and I'm hoping that I'm financially stable enough that dinner for you and Keith is on ME!
