I'm back! After talking with Eric and Tim this weekend, I've decided to return to the board. I had some time to talk with Tim about what had happened and I just feel lke the right thing to do is to get back here. I enjoyed the time I spent here before, and Ijust like trying to help others with the same interests as I. As far as to what happened before...it's over as of right now...like it never happened...I'm just focusing on things ahead of me. It will be great to tallk with you guys on a daily basis again.

Keith,great to have you back brother,I`m sure the issue will be forgotten by all.
It is squashed and shouldn`t even be brought up by anyone..........we`re a community of like minded adults who surely should be able to get along.
I`ll try to restore your past posts to your account when I get time.

Welcome back Keith!! Glad you changed your mind and came back!
I thought you looked GREAT! An I will still stick to what i said buddy. I thought for sure you and Tim would be fighting it out for 1st place. As far as for the first place winner I dont know! Not what i expected along with a few others. But like you said thats bodybuilding! To me that is a mark of a champion. You took the placing that you were awarded and moved and didnt complain one time that i know of! That is a CHAMPION!
Also it was great finaly meeting you and your lovely wife! Two AWESOME folks that are always smiling and laughing and that are just great to be around.
Going to take your advice to my friend and hold off on my diet.
Hope to see you again buddy!

I so glad you're back Keith! Like I said before, you had a great year and nobody can go though that kind of torture forever! Few could do it for as long as you did! Simply amazing and inspiring as well!
