You guys are really my family.
I mean that. you all have encouraged me to do my best and helped me through some tuff times.
When i was sick you all rallied around me giving me advice and well wishes,


Let me ramble a bit please.

There are few things in my life that I call sacred.

The high school I went to is very special to me, it taught me to be respectful of others and myself.
The first real gym I trained at (the basement of a church) was hardcore and the place I had some of my best workouts.
My basement-my current fortress of solitude,
The Iron Pit- the most hardcore of all gyms, that I have ever been to

and this board.

This board where I am with family whom I have never met, where our captian Ski (tim) steers us to through the madness of the iron sports, where his first mate gerry helps to keep our sanity and offers nothing but encouragment.
All others help each of us going strong.

I am truely honered to be a member.
