Well...I've been dieting hard, training, doing cardio, the whole 9 yeards. It's been 18 weeks (since July). A long LONG journy. Today is teh day it all comes to culmination. I'm lucky and glad I have help on myside this time (Troy and Eric will be at the show). I am really worried that I peaked last week, but we'll see!
Wish me luck everyone.
I appreciate teh continued support from WOTW!

Thanks guys. Back at my friend Troy's house. What a wonderful day. It was BATTLE in the middle weights and I pulled out it! My 2nd middle weight win. I actually weighed in as a light weight.....but I carbed up and reweighed to be a middle.
I was extremely flat too. VERY. LUckyily bodyfx2 was there and he told me to CARB HARD! I did that the entire day. I was not full for prejudging, but I filled out "during" prejudging and actually was told by the expiditers that I looked 5-7 pounds heavier after prejudge was over. I kept carbing.
They posed us again in the evening show and I was so much fuller and kept my conditioning and brought home the middle weight title.
The overall wwas between me and the heavyweight winner, a whole 50 pounds heavier than me...it could have gone either way. I actually think I had him, but I lost. He won his pro card and I did not....it was very close. He was an amazingly gracious and humable compoetitor. I'll have more tomorrow!
