Just found this thread. Joel, you did awesome. I can't wait to see the pics. I hope the judging was good., you deserved that after your great efforts!

Thanks Russ and James, the guy who beat me in the masters division simply has better genetics! Awesome arms and shoulders! I thought I had him on conditioning but all else being equal he just had more muscle!

Joel, you could not have done any better than you did to prepare.
You competed admirably and have two trophies to show for it. A winner and a champion all the way. Congrats again!
