my buddy rob dropped down to middleweights, where I believe he'll be the thickest middleweight out there going for his pro card. I'll be there for support and to make sure everything goes smoothly. It will be my first nationals to watch and I promise I'll be competing at nationals in 3 years :-) here are pics I took of him 2 days ago at 180

You are right Andrew, Rob is thick. He looks ready for battle. Good luck to him.

Andrew, I've known Rob for several years. Please give him my best if you see this before you leave. And have a great time at the show!

Hey guys, the nationals was a blast! I got to meet some pros and that was cool and possible completion when I hopefully step on that national stage. Rob did pretty well, the crappy part was he was 2.5 lbs over before weigh-ins so we had to sweat his ass out for 4 hrs to get to 176 so then we had to try and fill him out again. We did pretty well at it but just came up a bit short and was a bit flat in the abs area. He ended up 9th of out 24 guys so that was good.
I had a great time and I hope to be there again.... ON STAGE! :-)
