#1 Back issues. Lower back hip issues I'll always have that can get in the way of working out #2 Under-developed chest... slowly catching up but... meh... #3 Always making sure my workouts are honest, meaning that I'm not cheating form, rep rate, amount of weight, etc.

1) my biggest challenge is not being able to properly digest carbs. I think in alot of ways this hold my training results back.

Honestly getting to the gym!! My husband works til 7 pm and by the time he is home and changed it's so late. We are both so tired. We can't go in the morning because we have a new puppy that requires alot of attention in the morning also we are both on a 6 am train. TIME is my greatest challenge

Having to work upper body like a little girl for 5 more weeks. Replace that bodypart with legs, and due to having back issues while training chest.... ...and that's my biggest pitfall.

Being able to focus on my workout after seeing Sapph's avatar? Right on the money, Rich. ;D Supposed to help your testosterone level.. Which is good and surely not a challenge! :-) Great thread Sareen! Mine would be to keep giving the gym and diet a priority week after weeks and year after years while there is so much to do: Work, familly, friends, other hobbey, working on the house, reading, etc.
