Since I have 30 years of martial arts experience.....
MMA = If I was 20 years younger, I'd be jumpin' into the octogon!

Jiu- Jutsu Goshin-Jutsu Karate Aiki-Jutsu Aikido Tai Chi
6th degree black belt (actually it's red & white) in Aikido 3rd degree black belt in Aiki-Jutsu
I owned two schools prior to going into the Army. Sponsored a tournament at Ft. Carson Colorado, which was a lot of fun too.

I played EVERY sport there is. When they ended I resorted to BBing. I last played Semi Pro soccer for the Latin American Soccer Association. Aka L.A.S.A. In another life I may have been Bekham, but I tore ligaments in my ankle which ended my career! Sad, but a true reality!

Played football from age 6 through 22. By that time I had been involved with the weights for a number of years and the transition into bodybuilding was a natural fit for me. Basically, I have been competing athletically for 45 years!

I pole vaulted and wrestled in high school. I had the state pole vault record for a couple of years. I also bowled for many years and got a partial scholarship to Penn State which helped by for school. Then I started working out and that was it.

When I was 5 my parents had me take Ballet Lessons.I hated it I would hide so I would not have to go!!!! #smileylame7qi# In Elementary School I used to sneak in the woods and pick up my collection of heavy rocks.I played Football and Wrestled in Jr.High and High.In High School I loved Lifting but started off in Bodybuilding. At about 20 I went up to Vinces Gym in Cleveland(VINCE LUBAWICKI) He convinced me my potential was in Powerlifting.I took last place in my first contest ,and I asked Vince if he thought I would ever win a trophy!!!! If it wasnt for weights I think I would have ended up in BALLET!!!! #k0104ne# #brolfsmiley0vx# #dancing4cg# #woohoo8ad# #santasmileyha3#

I just love the thrill and the intensity of competing… So I would do sports, whatever it is! But I must say that Hockey, Tennis, Football and Play Station would be my favs! BTW, I've seen a picture of little Randy playing Soccer… so let me say that his 7 years old soccer player's legs had NOTHING TO DO with his actual tree trunk :-)
