Ok! Here goes, this is related to bodybuilding ( training, diet, etc)
1 Which is that one thing you should have done but never did?
2 Which is that one thing which you could have done but you never did?
3 Which is that one thing which you could never do?
4 Which is that one thing which you ought to do but you aren't doing?
4 Which is that one thing which you did but wasn't really needed or a complete waste of time?

1 Which is that one thing you should have done but never did? Bodybuilding Contest Last year
2 Which is that one thing which you could have done but you never did? Lunges
3 Which is that one thing which you could never do? Squat/benchpress 2x my bodyweight, One day I will as I have with Deadlift.
4 Which is that one thing which you ought to do but you aren't doing? Bodyweight PullUps.
4 Which is that one thing which you did but wasn't really needed or a complete waste of time? Cg upright row.

2. not take things so seriously
3.Power snatch
4. Pullups
5. Upright rows and preacher curls

2 Which is that one thing which you could have done but you never did? Masters Nationals Pittsburgh
3 Which is that one thing which you could never do? Eat 100% clean
4 Which is that one thing which you ought to do but you aren't doing? NOT cheating on diet
5 Which is that one thing which you did but wasn't really needed or a complete waste of time? TOO much cardio
These are the answers to my bodybuilding goals...my powerlifting answers would be different.

Way too much English grammar subtilities for me in this thread ;D But there is one thing I should have done a lot before; I was already eating clean food from day #1, but I should have eaten a LOT more of them for muscle growth! So I was having too much salads but not enough protein food and not enough meals!
