What are your bodybuilding/powerlifting/health goals for 2008?
You know if you put them down on paper, you might actually follow them through ;D
Here's mine (Still needs development):
Frank's Powerlifting Plan(6-12 months)January / December 2008
[glow=red,2,300]Goals are more than just visions; they are visions being acted upon.[/glow]
Goal # 1 Successfully transition from bodybuilding to powerlifting maintaing an acceptable physique
~ lift as a powerlifter, not bodybuilder ~ not overweight / no bloated look
~ take pictures / make scrapbook
Goal # 2 Compete in a Powerlifting meet
~ March 29, 2008 Battle of the Great Lakes ~ Cleveland Ohio
or~ April 19th & 20th, 2008 10th Annual PowerPalooza ~ Leesport PA
or~ April 26th & 27th, 2008 Iron House Classic ~ Zanesville Ohio
Goal # 3 Show progression in lifitng(Chart Progress) weight train: Mon, Wed, Fri (after work) (See Workout Plan)
Continue to improve on stretching and flexibility
Maintan acceptable bodyweight & body fat (Chart Progress) Follow clean eating / monitor body composition monthly (weight/BF) Minimal supplementation ~ only what is necessary walk 20-45 minutes Tues, Thurs, Sat (in the morning) Core exercises
Goal # 4 Control and monitor health issues Remain injury free Monitor Meds and continue follow-up with Doctors Determine drug-free or other status / Endo MD
Goal # 5 Maintain perspective between this plan and the rest of my life Remember that this is fun. Enjoy every minute of it. Invest as much time with Bernie as possible.
