I'll be spending a lot of time with Matryx (the new puppy) for sure. Other than that I have to finish up some work on CleverFit so that I can start selling it for real.
And of course kicking ASS in the gym!!!!

My brother and uncle are visiting, so it will be nice to see them. Hope everyone has a terrific holiday. Things are often going to fast and the Christmas Holiday is a perfect time to slow down a bit (excepted for last minute Christmas shopping :-) ) and spend some quality time with family and friends. Enjoy Gerry!

We will go to my mom and dad's house as usual. We are excited this year b/c Alexa is now 5 1/2 and Dylan will be 4 next month so they TOTALLY, 110% get this holiday now. Tues was Alexa's Kindergarten program and she had a small part to say, it was ADORABLE! It was more fun watching us parents!

RUN AROUND LIKE A RAVING LUNATIC!
I am working on opening a personal training studio/gym. This is very stressful and time consuming. Most of our spare time right now is spent working on, or thinking about this. Going to look at equipment tonight and all day tomorrow. OH BOY!
Working half of Christmas eve, but after that its off to spend time with Jen's family. Christmas day will be spent at my families house. Then its back to work until New Years weekend where we get to spend a great time with our best friends, Mo and Marie Eve. Can hardly wait!

Trying to tolerate all my relatives! They ALL seem to be bickering about something or the other, so I'm just trying to keep a low profile thru the holidays and try to survive unscathed from all the drama! AFTER THE HOLIDAYS......... That's what I'm looking forward to! #1 Bernie and I will be starting a new training program with our trainer in preparation for the 2008 contest season. I will compete this year as a powerlifter for the first time, so it's kinda exciting! Bernie will be continuing in some local contests, setting new records, and hopefully compete again in Nationals this year. #2 Bernie's B-day is January 6th, so I have a big surprise for her. We've never been to New England, but always talked about going there. So, on January 2nd, (she doesn't know any of this) we're are getting on a plane for BOSTON! Staying a day or two. Then to Salem MA. She is a big fan of GHOST HUNTERS on TV. Room 325 of the Hawthorne Hotel in Salem is supposed to be haunted. Water turns on & off by itself, childrens voices heard laughing in the room, something touching your feet at night when you sleep, etc. So we will be spending 4 days (and nights) in Room 325! And of course, all the sights of Boston and Salem. Best part is I don't go back to work until January 7th! Oh yea, we'll be working out too! And that's what we're doing ! ;D

Lets see where do i start. Chrstmas Eve will be spent at a friends house for the annual X-Mas Eve dinner of seafood pasta and whatever she cooks up. She is from Italy and can cook grass and make it taste good.
X-Mas morning its presents here with the kids and wife then off to my parents house for more presents for the kids. Then its out to my grandmother and grandfathers house for food food and more good food. All did i also say more food. then from there its to the in-laws house for more food and gifts. Just one crazy insane day of food running and gifts. But it is also TONS of fun..
As for my diet well starting todayi am zero carbing it up untill monday night. Then its off untill the day after Christmas. I am not going to go overboard but i will enjoy some cookies just not over eat.

I am so behind in everything. I am off until the 27th. I still have to put the tree up and decorate! Yikes Thats the plan for tomorrow. Then I will make a nice christmas eve dinner. Every year I stay up all night and wrap presents and just get some quiet time to myself and reflect about my wonderful family. Ii drink coffee and sit and just look at the tree thinking about my two boys running down the steps to open presents. Sometimes I watch old home movies.
This year i will be reflecting on how I am going to recover from the debt of christmas. LOL
