Thanks everyone! I had a great time traveling back to Kentucky with my son last Fri. It was a long day but well worth it! About a thousand miles round trip! I left my house at 5:00 am and didn't get home until 10:00pm!
Jesse is doing great and will be here for a couple of weeks on R&R.
Geez I can't believe I'm this old! If I'd known I was going to live this long I would've taken better care of myself! lol
Seriously I feel great and have more passion for training and dieting than ever! All of you here at WOTW play a big part of keeping me motivated!
