1. I found it by accident, really glad I did. 2. Started posting in April of 2007, I think 3. I feel every body really does care about how every one else is doing with training and even with their personal lives. 4.Tim and I have a lot in common with love for training, our past lives were a lot a like also. He inspires me to know that I can take my training to new levels at the very young age of 52. LOL It's only a number, right Tim.

1 How did you come to know about WOTW?? Was it a invite or did you just stumble across this board? Tim sent me pictures of himself a long time ago to post on my site. I was astounded at his conditioning. When I realized that Tim had a forum, I decided to check it out.2 Since how long have you been posting here? Since this past summer, I believe.3 What is it about WOTW which you like the most? The number of passionate, knowledgable bodybuilders. I think this forum has by far the highest concentration of hardcore trainers anywhere on the web, and that includes getbig, mayhem, bb.com and ironage. Plus there is little to none of the pubescent BS that you get on the other boards here.4 This is like a "TIM APPRECIATION Thread" so let's hear some blurbs on Mr Wescott One of the sickest examples of conditioning I have seen. And now that I have been coming here regularly, and seen how he keeps up with everyone's journal (which is not easy!!!), I am impressed at his sheer dedication to the sport and its participants. But then again, Tim is not the only one here who displays those qualities. I'm often ashamed when people respond in my journal given that I rarely seem to have the time to do the same!

1.I met Tim on Graphic Muscle and he invited me 2. must be over 2 years, can'r really remember 3. Apart from the odd 'disagreement' everyone seems to respect others opinions-we can have a rational discussion without name calling or any other rubbish. the only other board that is like this is the OCB one. 4. Nice guy, modest but very knowledgeable!

My turn now......
1 I had read some great posts by Timbo on Ironage and Milos Sarcev board. That interested me to check his website & his forum which I feel are top notch.
2 It's been a while.
3 Very knowledgeable people from different backgrounds (bodybuilding, powerlifting etc) sharing their wealth of info selflessly and helping eac hother whether it's training/diet related or personal also adding some test boosting & euphoric elements like Sapphire's pix making it a complete board. #bowdown3ht#
4) On overtrained old fart with no leg development. (j/k) Great guy, a walking encyclopaedia, very helping and a great friend.

OK 1 How did you come to know about WOTW?? Was it a invite or did you just stumble across this board? I met Tim at the NABBA Nationals and he told me about WOTW. 2 Since how long have you been posting here? Just a little over a year now. 3 What is it about WOTW which you like the most? ALL the great people here! The responses are truthful and from the heart. Everyone shares, listens, comments, and helps each other out. and TIMMY!......If there could be an award for just an ALL AROUND GREAT GUY...Timmy would take the cake! ( Opps, sorry, it's after the holidays, so NO MORE CAKE! )

When on Musclemayhem, I saw this guy helping everyone, being polite and very down to earth. I decided to take a look at the forum address he had on his signature. 3 years after, WOTW is now a huge part of my life and I'm not even going regularly on any other board! Although I remember that the first thread I've seen here was about "best physiques" and everyone was talking about guys from the 70's… so I told myself oh my god, I'm going to be the younger guy in here if I decide to register :-)
Approx 3 years
WOTW people are exceptionnal As some of you said, everyone here seems to care about other members. There is no jealousy and no big ego… just people who try to help each other with their own experience and knowledge!
Tim is unique in many ways :-) Yes he is an outstanding athlete and a very knowledgeable guy. But what's even more impressive, is how he gives priority to others: Starting threads to encourage, giving props, telling compliments, commenting in training journals, etc. I learned a lot from him, not only about bodybuilding, but also on how we should treat others!

This is by far the best board out there! I don't visit other boards much but if I ever do it only makes me appreciate WOTW even more!
Tim, you're a great guy, unselfish to a fault and willing to help anyone. Not to mention one of the most dedicated bodybuilders on the planet! I hope to get to meet you in person some day!

Agree with Joel. First met Tim through Mayhem and a couple of NY shows he did. Just a dedicated tremendous inspirational athlete and even better person! Honored to call him a "good friend".
Been here almost 4 years and appreciate the friendliness of everyone here. The generosity to share life experiences and knwledges never ceases to amaze me. Feel humbled being among this great community.
Think Tim asked me over because I'm older than he is! ;D j/k

Thanks for being here, and thanks also for the constant inspiration you provide both as a bodybuilder and more importantly, as a person.
