Well its at the 10 weeks to go mark and i'm really feeling good about where i am at. Weight is at 181.5, however, the mirror shows me something different. With how lean i look in the mirror and judging from before i was at a weight of mid to lower 170's before at this leanness and now its low 180's. So deffinately happy with that.
Diet and mindset wise i feel great, although , getting a little weaker in the gym. that i can tolerate.
As far as my diet its extremely strict..I have taken NOTHING supplement wise other than protein during this whole diet to this point. Going to start VPX Meltdown for the final 8 weeks.
My cardio i have jumped from 30 minutes 5-6 days a week at 3.2 mph and 6% incline to, 45 minutes, 5-6 days a week, @ 3.2 mph and 7% incline.
I would just like to THANK everyone for their support up to this point. You'll have been GREAT!
AN TO MY WIFE IF YOU READ THIS, I COULDNT HAVE DONE THIS WITHOUT YOU IN MY CORNER!! YOU'RE THE GREATEST AND I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!

GOOD LUCK!! Sounds like you're really dialed in!
Have you used VPX before? I've been on for a couple of weeks. I have a suspicion that yes, it is helping me lean out... too early to tell yet.
One thing- I do get just a tiny bit shaky from it for about the first 30 minutes. Not like "too much caffeine shaky"... I can't quite describe it... sorta like my blood sugar is low or something. I'm going to avoid taking it any closer than 30 minutes before lifting... probably keep the evening dose to AFTER I lift as a result.
Go for it Hoops!

I just did a 3 day trial run of the Meltdown an i must say i liked it a lot...Very smooth energy almost like a euphoric feeling. Focus was unbelievable. Go for it Hoops!
