Not surprised! He looks like he put on 20lbs lean. His arms are bordering on too big for the rest of him but that will catch up. He'll be a monster the next few years.

I'm not really a fan of pro bb'ing anymore. Too much BS and so I don't follow it the way I used to. But I am a HUGE fan of Phil's. Nice to see him continuing to win. I hope he doesn't sacrifice what he has in order to win the Olympia. Because based on recent judging at the O, you have to be about 30 lbs over proper contest weight, have a beer-belly, and do a male-stripper dance for your posing routine if you want to win.

LOL, Rich. Lot of truth in what you say. Physiques like Phil's are what the sport should be about. Would not complain about Phil or Dennis Wolf being Mr Olympia soon!
