Damn it seems like the injuries are stacking up on me. My shoulder has been giving me problems for over a month now. Its to the point that i have stopped all shoulder workouts until it get better or feels better. Tomorrow will be the 4th shoulder workout that i will miss. Now my freaking achilles(SP?) tendon in my left foot is killing me. Idont know what i did to it or how i did it. Did cardio on the treadmill yesterday and about 1-2 hours after i was done it just started hurting like hell. Driving me crazy. Trying to do cardio today was abit*h. Had to back it down some to try and get through it...
Feel like my body is falling apart the last few weeks.
Pissing me off.

Sorry to hear, buddy. Have had scores of aches and pains myself. But I'm old!! Even my walker hurts!;D
Just take care of yourself and hope you heal and feel better soon. Will be in touch.

Once when I went to an Ortho MD for him to look at my shoulder, he said, "oh, your a bodybuilder?" We are gonna be good friends. I'll be seeing you for your elbows, knees, etc.! Just about everything....eventually!
He was right!
Just do what ya can Bro! Work through what ya can, and don't be afraid to listen to your body and rest and recover when it tells you to. Use raps, etc. as needed.
Ibuorfen, Aleve, MSM, etc. are all our friends!
Know that you're not alone...and know that it won't stop! Sometimes it's just like "shooting the moon" at someone..... JUST GRIN AND BARE IT!: LOL ;D

I've had times when I feel the same way, I think everybody that trains intensely is going to from time to time, comes with the territory unfortunately! Just do the best you can, work around it as best as you can and you will outlast it!

Hey man your a few weeks out right? It's not like your going to gain any mass anywhey. Stick to the cardio and maderate weight until you heal bro. Just my .02
