What's up everyone? I know, I know, I've been MIA again. Since Jaidyn was born (1/23/2008 7 lbs 13 oz 20.5" - most beautiful thing in the world) and baseball started all my forum time has been during lunch at school or right before bed and I've neglected my WOTW family. Just wanted to update and say that I'm working/repping/demoing for ALR Industries and we have some of the most amazing products. I worked their booth at the Arnold and things went very well! Also, I've decided to do a pro qualifier on April 12 in Columbus (Heath), Ohio. It is an ONBF show and is in conjunction with the OCB and NGA I believe. Thank you so much guys. I've put a lot of hard work into this and the rewards are coming slowly, but it's worth it. Working with Eric again was the best decision I've made.
Fit, I'm hoping something comes of this. I know I need more size. Tipping the scales at 158...that's not huge, but I do create an illusion and in pictures, no one KNOWS how big you really are. And now being a part of Team ALR Industries, I'm hoping some modeling will come as well as some repping and other things that will help advance me.

THank you Sapphire, Kyle you look great, my wife guessed your weight at 190. Good luck with your show and ALR Industries. I just had a killer workout after drinking a venom sport energy drink. The manager of the gym give me a couple to try last week.

Oh, Venom Sport is off the freaking hook. I didn't believe it. I've used ALR products for about 2 years now and LOVE every product I've tried, but I had a hard time believeing Venom Hyperdrive would be better than ECY. I actually used Special Tactics and Lean Dreams while using ECY. About 2 months ago I started using Hyperdrive and think it's the best stuff ever. It's unbelievable.

First, it's always a pleasure to hear from you kyle!
Second, I truly, truly like what I see!!!! Until the show, I hope that you won't try to change to much things, water, sodium and carbs speaking!
Kyle, you already had a very good physique 3-4 years ago, but since then, you've made some terrific progress, congrats, you sure did ALL your homeworks, and it shows!

Thanks everyone. I jus tlove this stuff. It's been so ingrained in me and I've been blessed to have a supportive wife and friends in the right places! Like WOTW!
