Hey, it never stopped Tim, and he has to deal with great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great- grandfather time! As a matter of fact, it may have been Father Sun-Dial!

Only 2 weeks in? you'll adjust. You'll get used to the diet...that's the good thing. Bad thing is, about a 4 weeks out you'll get like this again and WORSE!
I'm there RIGHT NOW! IT sucks. Get used to it.

You know, this sounds like I'm bragging, but the other day someone asked my wife if I get cranky during contest dieting and she said no! I don't really, I think you just have to come to terms with it and decide that no one is making you do this and you just have to decide to mellow out. I guess its different for everybody but if you keep your carb meals spaced out just at the right times it helps with the mood as well as energy levels as well.

Joel, that is such a great attitude. I'm good MOST of the time, but I get really low blood sugar and get pounding headaches. In my younger days I had a bad temper. Not with people. Very seldom do I get "mad" at others, but I'd get so disappointed in myself because I always have expectations that are just out of my reach (kind of a motivational thing). When I get that low blood sugar feeling and feel as if I'm going to pass out I feel like I get very short with people. It doesnt' happen often, but when it does I can catch it and appologize. Problem is, everyone then says, "Oh, it's that damn diet. You need to eat some pizza or junk," and typically that's what sets me off...lol haha. I've learned to deal though!
Having Jaidyn around doesn't hurt either! She's a sweetheart!
