Ever since I started competing in bodybuilding, I always wanted do the Beverly International's NPC Northern Kentucky. This past Saturday, 3/22/08, I had the chance. It was a large show. There were about 250 competitors and no cross-overs allowed. The overall quality of athlete was very good to outstanding. I competed in the 60+ Masters. Being the youngster in the group gave me an unfair advantage in this class and I placed first.
For such a large show, I was impressed that everything ran so smoothly. Always give credit to expeditors who know what is going on. I had fun, but I am worn out from doing the show and the traveling.

Neal, I was at the pre judging. I saw your class and I didn't realize it was you! You looked fantastic! You really did blow the other guys away! You have a very youthful skin tone and could have done very well with the younger guys!
Congrats!! ;D

Joel,
Sorry I missed the opportunity to meet you. The 50+ class certainly would have been a more competitive class to compete in. With no cross-overs, I chose the class I thought was most appropriate.
To the rest of my bodybuilding friends, thanks for your acknowlegements. It means a lot.
