Hi everyone. Just wanted to repeat myself as I've said this before but it bears saying again.
Thanks to everyone here who takes the time and effort to make the journals section the busiest section of the forum. It never ceases to amaze me that I'll post a workout one day, and come back the next day to find 2-3 responses offering encouragement and advice. It really is kind of like magic, and is a real motivator for me when I am training - I mean it!
I feel like I need to apologize though, for not reciprocating. I wish I had the time to go through everyone's journals the way some people seem to do! However I have gotten busier this year than I have ever been. I teach high school math during the day, and this year have started tutoring at night. I now tutor 8-10 students/week, so between school, family life and tutoring, it seems I have little time for the forum(s).
I also seem to be having to squeeze my training in to places where I never had to before (like after 10pm, which I dislike), but what can one do?
Anyway, thanks for all the support. I really want you to know how much I appreciate it, even though I often don't return it. I'm sure once summer starts I can repay the kindness!

Not a problem Rich! I completely understand, I don't get to spend as much time posting as I would like myself. Keep up the good work!

Just reading the journals is inspiration enough. While feedback is great and helpful, remember that you journal first and foremost to be honest with yourself and keep record of your progress. If you have time to look through only one journal- it should be yours.

Rich, Never a need to apologize Bro! I would also like to say THANK YOU to you for what YOU do! being a teacher is such a great profession that not too many people fully appreciate. You are with our children, teaching them, guiding them, offerring encouragement and advice, and we the parents seem to see so little of our children anymore. So you my friend, become in essence their surrogate parent for a good part of thier day. You are their role model and our modern day hero's. Most teachers are vastly underpaid for what they do. They are teaching and helping raise the next generation. When I think of how much money a professional ball player makes in comparison to a teacher, considering thier task at hand, really makes me angry. We are here for you buddy, if you're workng at at 3:00 am, 10: 00 pm or whenever. If you ever need to vent about school, teachers, parents, or whatever, feel free to vent away! Again, THANK YOU for being who you are and doing what you do! Now, I'm sure you have papers to grade, so get back to work Frank

I feel the same Rich! It's amazing to see the solidarity of people here… and we only have to look at the journal section of the board to realize it!
As you said Rich, these comments and encouragements in the journals mean A LOT! I remember what I had in mind a couple of seconds before entering the stage at my last show… yeah, right, It was all your comments in my journal! I could felt everyone's support backstage… you people are THE BEST!
