Thanks guys! I actually teared up when I saw this! ;D Took 3 days off from work to just chill out. Eat, sleep, poop (per Greg!) Will leave tomorrow morning around 6:00 a.m. Hit the hotel, weigh in, and then chow down! Will chill the rest of the day. There are over 90 competitors registered for the full meet thus far, and they are monsters! The meet will be over 2 days (Sat/Sun). I will be lifitng first in the 2nd flight on Saturday. Feels a little weird. No Pro tan. No carb depletion. I think I like that part! I feel good. Went to the chiropractor and got all alligned. Weight is right on. Feel good physically and mentally. I am ready. I hope to make you all proud! The monsters may be coming..... But they are not ready for the Beast  BRING IT! Love you guys! |

We can compete for many reasons, but In my mind, we mainly do it for the memories so HAVE FUN... although I'm sure you'll miss the Pro tan smell when back stage :-)
