Thanks again everyone. Sore as HELL today from my last workout! Today: Warmed up on the Reverse Hyper Machine. Deadlifts ~ using nothing bigger than a 35 lb. plate to keep the stretch and extension. 3x3 @ 250 4x2 @ 300 Greg had me do a few "extra"sets to work on my form. Kinda tweaked my lower back on the last set (but there is no whining in powerlifitng! ) Glute Hamstring 4 x 15 Walking lunges 4 sets across gym. Weighted Abs: Seated Crunches 4x15 @ 90 Sit ups off glute-ham machine 4x15 holding 25 lb plate on forehead. TOTALLY SPENT! On an aside: There is a young lady named Brooke in our gym. She used to be a powerlifter. Then took a short break to finish school (She is a Physicians Assistant and Certified Nutritionist). She is now training for Strongman (Women?) Competition! She has created all sorts of cool "things" to prep for this. When we arrived at the gym, she was flipping a tire across the parking lot. She had the small tire. It weighed 450 lbs. She also had another tire there that was 525 lbs. She also had a long rope tied to a sled and had people sitting on the sled (she was using 2 100 lb weights, but it was too light) as she pulled it around the parking lot. You know Spring is near when they are flipping tires in the lot! ;D

I don't know if I'd like the Strongman Competition. Although my Polish Homeboy Mariusz was 3x Worlds Strongest Man!
What is difficult for me is the STONES!
The last couple pillars you have to place the heavier stones on top of are taller than me! Not quite sure I could raise a 500 lb + stone above my head and place it on the pillar!
I can hear the comments already...."There goes Frank...STONED AGAIN! LOL ;D
